Wright-Cromwell News
By: Jennie K. Hanson, Pine Journal
As I sit down to type this week’s news, my husband, Bob, is resting comfortably in [Essentia Health/St. Mary’s] in Duluth. He had an emergency quintuple heart bypass on Friday, May 13. All went extremely well and he is recovering at a good rate. He looks great and even has his sense of humor back. Now for the long haul of therapy and return to good health. Thanks to all for their prayers and concern. We have so many friends who are there for us and we really appreciate all you have done.
The Eagle Cemetery Cleanup Day is May 22 at 1 p.m. Please bring your weed whips. Any and all help is appreciated. Also, the Carlton VFW Honor Guard will be there on Memorial Day, May 30, at 7:45 a.m.

Remember to fly the flag on May 21, Armed Forces Day; May 30, Memorial Day; June 14, Flag Day; and July 4, Independence Day. Let’s all get our flags out and support our military and our country.
Please add Dustin Huhta, son of Mike Huhta, to the list of our active duty military. He will be deployed to or is already in Afghanistan.
The Wright Public Cemetery is looking for monetary donations to help with lawn care for 2011. Any donations can be mailed to Judy VonDeLinde, PO Box 302, McGregor, MN 55760. Checks should be made out to the Wright Public Cemetery and thanks for any support. If everyone could give a little, it really counts up.
