Pitcher Erik Adams threw a one-hitter, struck out 16 and walked only one as Carlton shut out East Central 7-0 in a high school baseball nonconference game Monday in Finlayson.
Dominic Bennett was 4-for-5 with two RBIs and Colton Godbout homered and drove in two runs for the Bulldogs.
