MONDAY, OCTOBER 10

8:00 a.m. Report of vandalism and graffiti at skate park.

8:36 Report of vandalism to Lakeview Park bathrooms.

11:34 Property found near breakwall.

12:10 p.m. Assists sheriff’s office with downed power line near

Highway 2 and Fairgrounds Road.

4:25 Report of suspicious activity on Sixth Avenue.

5:59 Report of theft from business.

7:01 Report of dog running loose on Second Avenue.

TUESDAY, OCTOBER 11

12:03 p.m. Report of unwanted person on South Avenue.

3:17 Report of possible property damage on Seventh Avenue. Unable to locate.

8:03 Report of raccoons in area of Ninth Avenue.

9:34 Report of possible disturbance on 13th Avenue. All OK.

11:20 Report of barking dogs in area of Tenth Avenue. Unable to

locate.

WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 12

1:55 p.m. Report of hit and run accident near Seventh Avenue.

8:23 Traffic stop for faulty tail light and no proof of insurance.

8:30 Traffic stop for faulty headlamp and driving after revocation.

8:56 Traffic stop for speed.

10:28 Report of property damage to sign on Seventh Avenue.

THURSDAY, OCTOBER 13

4:25 p.m. Report of suspicious activity near Fifth Avenue. Unable to

locate.

6:10 Report of disturbance on 13th Avenue. One arrested.

FRIDAY, OCTOBER 14

1:18 a.m. Traffic stop for no lights on bicycle.

1:23 Performs motorist assist.

6:34 Traffic stop for stoplight violation.

6:45 Traffic stop for faulty headlamp.

6:54 Traffic stop for improper signal.

11:02 Report of brush burning on Fifth Avenue. Citation issued for no

burning permit.

11:16 Order for protection violation. Officer arrests one.

8:17 p.m. Report of juveniles starting fire in blue garbage can

near Eighth Street. Unable to locate juveniles.

10:13 Report of domestic disturbance near Seventh Avenue.

11:16 Traffic stop for illegal use of license plates and failure to

obtain Minnesota driver’s license.

SATURDAY, OCTOBER 15

12:21a.m. Traffic stop for faulty headlamp.

12:29 Traffic stop for speed.

10:46 Report of damage to property on Sixth Avenue.

12:20 p.m. Report of suspicious activity on Fourth Avenue.

1:50 Report of domestic disturbance on Fifth Avenue.

5:30 Report of possible underage drinking party on Fifth Avenue. Unable to locate.

6:20 Traffic stop for expired tabs.

10:44 Report of disturbance on Third Avenue. One person arrested for disorderly conduct and other charges and one cited for underage consumption.
