Casey Staniger scored 29 points and made seven 3-pointers to lead Esko to a 73-60 high school boys basketball victory at Cromwell and capture the outright Polar League championship Friday night.
Jackson Lindquist added 22 points and another four of the Eskomos’ 12 successful 3-pointers as Esko (20-4 overall, 11-0 Polar League) outscored Cromwell (9-14, 7-9) 41-28 in the second half.
