Marc Peterson scored 23 points on 10-for-17 shooting from the field and Jackson Lindquist added 18 points to give Esko a key 61-59 high school boys basketball Polar League victory over Moose Lake-Willow River on Saturday night at Esko.
The Eskomos (10-3 overall, 5-0 conference) shot nearly 55 percent from the field and made 6 of 15 shots from 3-point range to secure first place in the conference ahead of the Rebels (8-5, 5-2).
