Cloquet-Esko-Carlton edges Superior

Emily Gustafson’s goal with less than two minutes left in regulation lifted Cloquet-Esko-Carlton to a 3-2 Lake Superior Conference victory over Superior on Monday night in high school girls hockey in Superior.

Superior’s Kailey Buhr scored at 14:36 in the third period tied it 2-2 before Gustafson’s heroics at 15:14.

Superior goalie Sarah Runser notched 41 saves.
