Gogebic Community College kept Fond du Lac Tribal and Community College’s men’s and women’s teams winless Tuesday at Cloquet.
The Gogebic men won 97-54, scoring 58 points in the second half. The Samsons (5-2), who were led by John Duke with 21 points and Jimmie Roper with 15, made 12 of 26 shots from 3-point range.
Carlos Holcey had 19 points and seven rebounds to lead the Thunder (0-3).
Jeanna Aijala scored 19 points and Brittany Czerneski added 14 to lead Gogebic to a 65-44 victory in the women’s game. Sarah Sample of McGregor led the Thunder (0-3) with 20 points and 16 rebounds.
