Cloquet police are investigating an armed robbery at the Casino Pizza and Sub Shop at 7 N. 13th St. Monday night.

Workers at the business reported that a white adult male entered the business about 7:15 p.m. brandishing a handgun. The man demanded workers opened the till and place all the money in a small box he was carrying.

When the workers refused to comply, the man fled the shop and headed north on 13th Street.

The suspect was described as about 5 foot 10 with a thin build wearing a tight, dark knit cap, dark-colored sunglasses and a white T-shirt wrapped around his face. He was wearing dark pants and a white T-shirt, possibly with black lettering on it.
