Parents of the couple are Sandy and Jerry Swanson of Wrenshall, and Sandy and Butch Seavey of Duluth.
The bride-to-be is a 2002 graduate of Wrenshall High School and a 2007 graduate of the College of St. Scholastica with a Bachelor of Arts degree in social work. She is currently pursuing a Master of Arts degree in social work at the University of St. Thomas/St. Catherine’s University. She is employed as a mental health case manager with Mental Health Resources Inc. of St. Paul, Minn.
The future groom is a 1999 graduate of Duluth East High School. He is pursuing a career in aviation and currently working in property maintenance for The Goodman Group at a property in the Twin Cities area.
