Kristina Van Reese and Jason Maki, both of Cloquet, Minn., announce their engagement. The couple plans to be married Saturday, Oct. 9, 2010, in Queen of Peace Church in Cloquet.

Kristina Van Reese and Jason Maki, both of Cloquet, Minn., announce their engagement. The couple plans to be married Saturday, Oct. 9, 2010, in Queen of Peace Church in Cloquet.

Parents of the couple are Tom and Barb Van Reese and Richard and Renee Piwon, all of Cloquet, and Rick and Donna Maki of Saginaw, Minn.

The bride-to-be is a 1998 graduate of Cloquet High School. She is employed as a supervisor at Pine Ridge Homes in Cloquet.

The future groom is a 1997 graduate of AlBrook High School and received an associate’s degree in paramedicine from Hibbing Community College. He is a firefighter/paramedic with the Cloquet Area Fire District.
