Time to raise fishing license fees in Minnesota?

There's some talk floating around fisheries circles -- and at the recent Department of Natural Resources Roundtable -- about Minnesota raising fishing license fees. That hasn't happened since 2001, when they went from $15 to $17 (although a $2 surcharge invasive species has since been added to non-resident licenses).
