The Pine Journal Monster Buck Contest is a FREE contest open to all area hunters.
The Pine Journal will feature all entries online and in the newspaper. Grand Prize is a free mount of your buck. Additional prizes will also be awarded to those placing 4th, 7th and 11th.
CONTEST RULES
1. Each contestant must be a licensed Minnesota rifle deer hunter.
2. All deer must be registered at the Pine Journal office at 122 Avenue C, Cloquet.
3. Buck may be scored at the Pine Journal office from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday thru Friday throughout the rifle deer hunting season. (Entrants who bag a buck on the final weekend may register before 5 p.m. Monday, Nov. 23, following the hunting season.)
4. The grand prize winner of the Pine Journal Monster Buck Contest will be awarded a certificate from the Pine Journal to be redeemed at McMillen’s Taxidermy, absolutely FREE!
5. Winners of the Pine Journal Contest will be announced in the issue following the final weekend of the rifle deer hunting season.
If you did not get a buck or do not want to enter the contest but want us to feature your kill, submit your photos to news@pinejournal.com or drop off photos at our office at 122 Avenue C in Cloquet. Good Luck and be safe to all area hunters.
