8th Congressional District DFL annual dinner party to be held Saturday in Kettle River

The 8th Congressional District Democratic Farmer Labor party will hold its annual dinner in Kettle River on Saturday, Oct. 17.

The 8th Congressional District Democratic Farmer Labor party will hold its annual dinner in Kettle River on Saturday, Oct. 17.

Both House Transportation Committee Chairman Congressman Jim Oberstar and Senator Al Franken plan to attend the event, which starts at 5 p.m. with dinner at 6 p.m. at the Star Club, 6350 Highway 27. Franken and his wife Franni will be the keynote speakers.
