Christian Paul Myers, 35, of Duluth – gross misdemeanor driving after cancellation-inimical to public safety: 1 year local confinement stayed 11 months 29 days for 2 years, fined $380, no driver license violations, no driving without insurance, no registration violation, no traffic-related charges.

Sheri Lynne Surface, 31, of Minneapolis, Minn. – misdemeanor 3rd degree possess 3 grams or more cocaine/heroin/methamphetamine: stay of imposition, 3 years supervised probation, 4 days local confinement, fined $577, NA, no alcohol/controlled substance use, random testing, electronic monitor.

Jake Allen Blackwood, 20, of Cloquet – gross misdemeanor contributing to the delinquency of a child or status as petty offender: 1 year local confinement stayed 11 months 15 days for 1 year, fined $1,000 stayed $700, may work of $300 on Sentence-to-Serve as arranged by probation, remain law-abiding, 1 year supervised probation.

Scott Charles Maki, 22, of Cromwell – misdemeanor operating off-highway vehicle in restricted area: fined $180.

Brenda Lee Fountain, 44, of Barnum – misdemeanor give court official false name/date of birth: 90 days local confinement stayed 86 days for 1 year, fined $283.

Grant Michael Sunnarborg, 17, of Cloquet – felony terroristic threats--explosives/incendiary device: adjudication withheld, juvenile disposition imposed, supervised probation.

Dejon Michael Mathison, 23, of Albert Lea, Minn. – misdemeanor disorderly conduct: 90 days local confinement, to run concurrent with other charges.

Scott Eric Obrecht, 32, of Duluth – petty misdemeanor possess over 1.4 grams marijuana in motor vehicle, petty misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia, and petty misdemeanor speeding 89/70: payable without appearance.

James Aaron Taylor, 22, of Cloquet – misdemeanor driving without a valid license: fined $165.

Cari Lynn Mitchell, 38, of Onamia, Minn. – misdemeanor domestic assault: 90 days local confinement stayed 63 days for 1 year, fined $380, domestic abuse counseling/treatment and follow recommendations, chemical dependency evaluation/treatment.

Zackery Daniel Kelley, 20, of Cloquet – misdemeanor domestic assault: 90 days local confinement stayed 88 days for 2 years, fined $180, 2 years supervised probation, pay restitution, domestic abuse counseling/treatment, no contact with victim(s), no violence to person or property, no assault, no disorderly conduct, remain law-abiding, contact with probation.

Curtis Paul Marlowe, 38, of Sturgeon Lake, Minn. – misdemeanor driving after revocation: fined $280.

James John Oliphant, 25, of Ashland, Wis. – adjudication withheld, fined $500, complete treatment, aftercare, no alcohol/controlled substance use, no possession of alcohol or drugs, random testing, remain law-abiding.

Cassidy Nichole Moyer, 21, of Duluth – misdemeanor open bottle: fined $180.

Brian Lee Premo, 27, of Duluth – misdemeanor tamper with motor vehicle/enter without owner permission: 60 days local confinement stayed 54 days for 1 year, fined $280 stayed $100 for 1 year, pay costs.

Gary Dean Bronikowski, 46, of Cloquet – misdemeanor driving after suspension: 30 days local confinement stayed 30 days for 1 year, fined $380.

Jesse Thomas Persons, 18, of Duluth – misdemeanor consumption by persons under 21: fined $180.

Ronald Alvar Ahola, 64, of Edina, Minn. – misdemeanor tamper with motor vehicle/enter without owner permission: adjudication withheld, fined $70.

Terrence John Connor, 48, of Saginaw – misdemeanor operating personal watercraft without personal flotation device: fined $110.

Travis Allen Demenge, 19, of Cloquet – misdemeanor angling without a license: fined $130.

Chad Allen Johnson, 44, of Cromwell – misdemeanor operating off-highway vehicle in restricted area: fined $180.

Lucas Carl Johnson, 22, of Cromwell – misdemeanor operating off-highway vehicle in restricted area: fined $180.

Michael Wesley Schiltz, 54, of Duluth – misdemeanor operating off-highway vehicle in restricted area: fined $180.

Benjamin Garrett Brandt, 33, of Mount, Minn. – misdemeanor littering—dangerous object on highway: no sentence pronounced.

Patrick John Hinkemeyer, 23, of Princeton, Minn. – misdemeanor driving after revocation: payable without appearance.

Mark William Sheff, 27, of Cloquet – misdemeanor driver must carry proof of insurance when operating vehicle: fined $300.
