Joshua Russell Williams, 29, of Sturgeon Lake, Minn. – misdemeanor expiration of driver’s license and misdemeanor failure to provide officer with USDOT number: fined $360.
Shelley Ann Houston, 43, of Duluth – gross misdemeanor DWI: 1 year local confinement stayed 11 months 27 days for 2 years, 2 years supervised probation, fined $980, follow all instructions of probation, follow recommendations of evaluation, complete treatment and document, aftercare, DWI clinic, victim impact panel, no alcohol-related traffic offenses, no alcohol/controlled substance use, no possession of alcohol or drugs, random testing.
Patrick Steven Sanda, 21, of Cloquet – misdemeanor DWI .08 within 2 hours: 90 days local confinement stayed 90 days for 2 years, fined $1,080 stayed $500 for 2 years, no alcohol-related traffic offenses, DWI clinic, victim impact panel.
Benjamin Joseph Briggs, 36, of Cloquet – gross misdemeanor driving after cancellation-inimical to public safety: 1 year local confinement stayed 1 year for 2 years, fined $980 stayed $450 for 2 years, no driver license violations, no driving without insurance, no registration violation, no alcohol-related traffic offenses.
Hannah Rose Conner, 19, of Cloquet – felony falsely making or altering membership card: stay of imposition pursuant to M.S. 609.135, 35 days local confinement, fined $130, 3 years supervised probation, AA or NA twice weekly and document, obtain GED or high school diploma, no alcohol/controlled substance use, no possession of alcohol or drugs, random testing, supply DNA sample, contact with probation, follow all instructions of probation, sign probation agreement, Sentence-to-Serve 100 hours for indeterminate.
Christopher Gary Garvin, 20, of Jackson, Minn. – misdemeanor possess over 1.4 grams marijuana in motor vehicle, petty misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia, and misdemeanor open bottle: fined $540.
Sheila Rae Peterson, 39, of Cloquet – misdemeanor disorderly conduct: 90 days local confinement stayed 84 days for 1 year, fined $280, no alcohol use, no alcohol/controlled substance use, no possession of alcohol or drugs, to run concurrently with other charges.
Susan Ann Novack, 53, of Duluth – misdemeanor driving after revocation: payable without appearance.
Cory Alan Lennartson, 27, of Esko – misdemeanor DWI: 90 days local confinement stayed 90 days for 2 years, fined $1,080 stayed $500 for 2 years, DWI clinic, victim impact panel, no alcohol-related traffic offenses.
Ryan Scott Mathisen, 22, of Esko – misdemeanor DWI .08 within 2 hours: 90 days local confinement stayed 90 days for 2 years, fined $1,080 stayed $500 for 2 years, DWI clinic, victim impact panel, no alcohol-related traffic offenses, no alcohol/controlled substance use, no possession of alcohol or drugs.
Calvin James Martineau, 22, of Cloquet – misdemeanor domestic assault: adjudication withheld, restitution $200, chemical dependency evaluation/treatment, counseling.
Wanewann Zaza Worlobah, 21, of Eveleth, Minn. – petty misdemeanor speeding 86/70, petty misdemeanor driving after revocation, and petty misdemeanor driver must carry proof of insurance when operating vehicle: payable without appearance.
Charles Richard Dille, 28, of Duluth – misdemeanor disorderly conduct: 90 days local confinement stayed 60 days for 1 year, fined $130.
