Jessica File of Carlinville, Ill., and Raymundo Carrasco of Effingham, Ill., announce the birth of their son, Cristian Alberto Martin Carrasco, born Tuesday, May 5, 2009, at Mercy Hospital and Health Care Center in Moose Lake, Minn. Cristian weighed 5 pounds, 11 ounces.
Maternal grandparents are Steve File of Palmyra, Ill., and Kimberly and Jeff Chasteen of Slidell, La. Paternal grandparents are Alberto Carrasco of Guadalajara, Mexico, and Natalia Caldera of Effingham, Ill.
