Valencia, Goodspeed
Rachel Marie Valencia and Ross Stuart Goodspeed, both of Tacoma, Wash., were united in marriage Nov. 22, 2008, in a helicopter above Las Vegas, Nev. Parents of the couple are Ernest and Maria Cruz Valencia of Dayton, Ohio, and Keith and Nancy Goodspeed of Cloquet, Minn.

The new bride is employed by USACE in Wiesbaden, Germany, and the groom is employed by EDS, also in Wiesbaden.
