Cloquet Ski Club to host Cloquet City Meet March 15
The Cloquet Skil Club will host the 2009 Cloquet City Meet on Sunday, March 15, at Pine Valley Ski Chalet.
The Cloquet Skil Club will host the 2009 Cloquet City Meet on Sunday, March 15, at Pine Valley Ski Chalet. The meet, which is open to public participation in the cross-country ski events, starts at noon with ski jumping warm-ups followed by jumping competition at 1 p.m. Only USSA members are allowed to jump, but spectators are welcome.
Kids races, including a skate race and classic race, start at 2 p.m. Adults are welcome to ski in the 5.5 kilometer open skate and classic races starting at 2:30 p.m. Awards and prizes will be given in all categories.
