Stephanie Clairmont and Joel Youngman of Cloquet, Minn., were united in marriage on June 9, 2012, at Queen of Peace Catholic Church in Cloquet. The ceremony was performed by Father Justin Fish.
Parents of the couple are Al and Renee Clairmont of Esko, Minn., and Bob and Nancy Youngman of Virginia, Minn.
The new bride earned a Bachelor of Science degree in elementary education from Bemidji State University in 2009. She is currently employed as an assistant manager at Blockbuster Video in Cloquet and as a substitute teacher for several area school districts.
The groom earned a Bachelor of Arts degree magna cum laude in communication from the University of Minnesota Duluth in 1999. He is employed as a lead technical writer at Amsoil Inc., in Superior, Wis.
The bride chose her cousin, Abby Porter of Duluth, Minn., to be the Maid of Honor. Bridesmaids were Jill Papin of Virginia, sister of the groom; Becca Clairmont of Duluth, sister-in-law of the bride; and Amber Stevens of Cloquet, friend of the bride. The flower girl was Addy Papin of Virginia, niece of the groom.
The groom chose his friend, Brandon Lambert of Woodbury, Minn., to be the Best Man. Groomsmen were Charlie Grigal of Virginia, friend of the groom; Brent Clairmont of Duluth, brother of the bride; and CJ Russo of Coon Rapids, Minn., friend of the groom.
