Be respectful when 'borrowing' yard corners
To the Editor:
I’d like to comment on the people who put a huge sign on the corner of 23rd and Washington last weekend for “Tammy’s Party” with big orange balloons on it.
A day or so later, rainy weather took it off the stakes they put in my yard. The large sign laid on the edge of my yard, clearly visible for days, and the stakes remained in the ground.
It’s disrespectful people like these who cause people to not let others put signs up. They don’t take them down and the property owner has to.
Disrespectful people need to keep their signs in their own yard.
